Shri Anupam Dasgupta, Union Secretary SSI and ARI, visited SISI, Mumbai on 27^th March,2006. He conducted a meeting with the representatives of prominent industry associations in Maharashtra and discussed issues related to the growth of small scale industries and effective implementation of Central Government Schemes.

 

He assured the representatives that he would extend necessary support through the Ministry of SSI.

 

Shri Dasgupta also held review meeting with the officers of SISI, Mumbai and RTC, Mumbai. Shri G.M.Ambhore, Director, SISI,Mumbai, in a brief presentation, highlighted the achievements. The Union Secretary, in his advice to the Ofiicers, said that there should be more coordination of among all offices of Ministry of SSI & ARI, within the state, so that enriched services would be available to entrepreneurs.
