Office of the Development Commissioner(MSME), New Delhi participates in various International Trade Fairs.  The objectives of participation in the fair are to strengthen bilateral trade, to promote Indian Products & technologies and also identify areas of investment as well as joint ventures in other countries.

Eligibility
Exportworthy Products, SSI Registration/Entrepreneur Memorandum No. with DIC (Photocopy).
Preference will be given to ISO Certification (Photocopy).
Passport particulars of the two representatives being deputed as per format enclosed (Photocopy of passports first and last two pages).

 

Incentives for Participation in International Trade Fairs.

1) The Govt. of India will reimburse the 75% of airfare by economy class or train fare, subject to upper limit of Rs.40,000/- (Rs.60,000/- for Latin American Countries) for small manufacturing enterprises and 90% (with corresponding absolute ceiling) for Micro manufacturing enterprises.

2) 60% subsidy on space rent.

3) Subsidy of Rs.15,000/- per participating units for the shipping cost of exhibits.

4) The total subsidy on air fare, shipping cost and space rent will be restricted to Rs.1.25 lakhs per unit (small manufacturing enterprises) and Rs.1.50 lakhs for MIcro manufacturing enterprises or actual, whichever is less.

5) Any unit can avail of this facility only once a year and

6) Only one person of the participating unit would be eligible for subsidy on airfare.
